InterGuard offers employers unparalleled access to their employee’s computers to make certain they’re engaging in safe, productive, and policy-compliant behaviors.

The package is divided into four modules. The first, Web Filtering allows employers to see all the websites that employees visit, as well as capture any search text entered and take screenshots of visited sites. This monitoring can occur whether the employee is on the corporate network or in the field.

Employee Monitoring tracks all communications, including email and messaging. Employers can block or limit access to certain sites and time-wasting programs, get alerts when policies are broken, and take screenshots of offending behavior.

Endpoint Lockdown & Data Retrieval is useful when laptops, tablets, and other devices are lost, stolen, or engaged in suspicious activity. It allows employers to lock down the device, and retrieve or delete any files they wish.

Finally, the Data Loss Prevention module lets employers preemptively protect sensitive assets and get alerts when unauthorized personnel is accessing data they shouldn’t.
